West Covina, CA (November 5, 2025) – Emergency personnel responded to a traffic collision involving a pedestrian on Tuesday evening, November 4, at the intersection of North Vincent Avenue and East Rowland Avenue in West Covina.
According to radio dispatch reports, law enforcement officers and medical units were dispatched under emergency response following reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Police and fire department units arrived at the scene shortly after the call and located one individual suffering from injuries sustained in the impact.
