Tulare, CA - Driver Dies in Construction Vehicle Crash on Hwy 99 at Bardsley Ave

Tulare, CA (April 30, 2025) – A driver was killed in a crash late Tuesday night on Highway 99 in Tulare.

The California Highway Patrol says a minivan traveling southbound on the freeway, north of Bardsley Avenue, was involved in a collision with a construction vehicle around 11:30 p.m. The driver was taken to Adventist Health Tulare, where he later died.
