Tracy, CA (November 2, 2025) – Two children sustained critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Friday night, October 31, along Tracy Boulevard between Valpico Road and Sycamore Parkway in Tracy. According to reports, the collision occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m. while a group of children was participating in Halloween festivities in the area.

Emergency responders arrived promptly and located the two young victims with severe injuries in the roadway. Paramedics rendered immediate aid before transporting them to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment. Both victims remain in critical condition as they continue to receive care.

Authorities confirmed that the children, both under the age of thirteen, had been trick-or-treating at the time of the collision.
