Torrance, CA (February 23, 2025) – The rider of an electric bicycle was seriously injured early Saturday in Torrance by a hit-and-run driver who was later arrested.
The crash occurred about 12:30 a.m. on February 22 at Hawthorne and Artesia Boulevards, Torrance Police Department Lt. Fareed Ahmad confirmed. Paramedics rushed the injured cyclist to a hospital for treatment, Ahmad said. There was no description provided of either the suspect or the victim.
