Santa Paula, CA (September 28, 2025) – Emergency crews responded on Saturday, September 27, to a three-vehicle crash that left multiple people injured on eastbound Highway 126 in Santa Paula.

According to reports from the Ventura County Fire Department, the collision occurred at approximately 1:15 p.m. near Peres Lane and East Telegraph Road. A total of nine individuals were involved in the crash. First responders quickly arrived at the scene and began assisting those injured.

Authorities confirmed that six people were transported to local hospitals for further medical treatment. Among them, one individual sustained severe injuries and was listed in critical condition. Another person suffered moderate injuries, while four others were reported to have sustained minor injuries but remained in stable condition. During the emergency response, eastbound lanes of Highway 126 were temporarily closed, and traffic was slowed significantly throughout the corridor until the roadway was cleared.
