Santa Ana, CA (October 8, 2025) – The Santa Ana Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that occurred late Tuesday night, October 7, in the 200 block of West Warner Avenue near South Broadway. The incident, reported around 10:45 p.m., involved a food truck and a Chevrolet Trailblazer and resulted in one fatality and two injuries.

According to police, officers arrived at the scene to find the food truck overturned and its driver trapped inside following the impact. Emergency personnel worked to free the individual, but despite their efforts, the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two other victims were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, though their conditions have not yet been disclosed.

The collision caused significant damage to both vehicles, and debris was scattered across several lanes, prompting temporary road closures while investigators examined the scene and tow crews cleared the wreckage.
