San Jose is one of the busiest cities in the Bay Area, and collisions on major routes like Highway 87 are common. With heavy commuter traffic, high speeds, and frequent lane changes, the risk of multi-vehicle crashes is significant. Even a momentary lapse in attention can lead to a serious collision involving multiple drivers.
Car accidents can cause a wide range of injuries. Victims may suffer from bruises, whiplash, broken bones, or concussions. In more severe cases, collisions may result in spinal cord injuries or traumatic brain injuries, which can have lasting effects on a person’s health and quality of life. Even so-called “minor” accidents can disrupt lives, requiring hospital visits, therapy, and time away from work.
When negligence is involved, such as speeding, distracted driving, or reckless lane changes, victims may be entitled to pursue compensation. Our experienced car accident attorney can help accident victims navigate the legal system and ensure they receive fair compensation.
