San Bernardino, CA (November 3, 2025) – A pedestrian was injured on Sunday, November 2, after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of North Sierra Way and West Highland Avenue in San Bernardino. According to emergency dispatch reports, Medic Engine 224 and other response units were sent to the scene following initial reports of an auto-pedestrian collision.

Upon arrival, first responders located the injured pedestrian on the roadway and provided immediate medical care. Paramedics treated the victim at the scene before transporting them to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The extent of the pedestrian’s injuries has not yet been disclosed.
