Manteca, CA - Woman Hit & Killed in Train Accident at Moffat Rd & Hwy 120

Manteca, CA (April 16, 2025) – A woman was struck and killed by a train in Manteca on Wednesday, authorities said.

Manteca police say the person was struck just before noon near the Moffat Road and Industrial Park Drive area, near where the tracks go under Highway 120. The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner was called to the scene and is investigating the incident. Authorities have not released the name of the woman who died. In the meantime, however, no further details were released as the inquiry into the incident is still ongoing.
