Madera, CA (September 16, 2025) – A devastating collision involving a family minivan and a big rig claimed the lives of three children and left two others with major injuries on Saturday evening, September 13, in Madera County.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly after 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Avenue 7 and Road 24.
