Los Angeles, CA – Two Critically Hurt in Multi-Vehicle Crash & Fire on S. Grand Ave

Los Angeles, CA (September 14, 2025) – A violent multi-vehicle crash on Sunday morning, September 14, left two women critically injured, along with five others who were also hurt. The accident occurred at approximately 2:57 a.m. near 1524 South Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the collision involved a vehicle that caught fire and pedestrians who were struck. Firefighters were quick to respond, extinguishing the car fire and focusing on providing medical treatment and transport to the injured.

The victims included a 24-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman, both of whom sustained critical injuries. A 49-year-old man was seriously injured, while three other women, aged 59, 29, and 24, were listed in fair condition. Additionally, another individual was injured, bringing the total number of injured parties to seven. All were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
