Los Angeles, CA (October 31, 2025) – A traffic accident involving a black Infiniti sedan without license plates and a red Toyota occurred on October 31 in an alley near Laurel Canyon Blvd and Rincon St in Los Angeles. The crash, reported around 5:54 a.m., prompted a response from the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles Fire Department.
According to early dispatch information, witnesses reported a collision between the two vehicles in a narrow alleyway near the residential area. The black Infiniti, which was reportedly unlicensed, struck the red Toyota and may have also made contact with additional parked vehicles nearby.
Officers arriving on scene found both vehicles with visible front-end damage and debris scattered throughout the alley. One of the drivers reportedly fled the area before police arrived, prompting a potential hit-and-run investigation. Emergency medical personnel evaluated one individual at the scene for minor injuries; however, no hospital transports have been confirmed at this time.
The LAPD is now investigating whether the unlicensed Infiniti was stolen or involved in any prior incidents. Authorities are also reviewing local security cameras and speaking with witnesses to determine the exact sequence of events and identify the driver who left the scene.
The alley was temporarily blocked as tow crews cleared the damaged vehicles and removed debris. Nearby residents reported hearing the sound of the crash and glass shattering shortly before police sirens were heard in the area.
We wish everyone involved in this incident a full and speedy recovery.

Los Angeles consistently ranks among the top cities in California for car accidents, including hit-and-run collisions. According to the California Office of Traffic Safety, thousands of drivers flee the scene of crashes each year, often leaving injured victims behind. Narrow streets, high-density neighborhoods, and reckless driving behaviors, such as speeding and failure to yield, frequently contribute to these incidents.
Victims of hit-and-run accidents often face challenges in recovering compensation, especially when the responsible driver cannot be located. However, uninsured motorist coverage and legal claims against negligent parties can still provide financial relief for medical bills, property damage, and other losses.
If you or a loved one has been injured in a car accident or hit-and-run collision in Los Angeles, it’s critical to seek legal guidance as soon as possible. These cases often involve complex insurance issues and potential criminal investigations.
