Los Angeles, CA - Fatality Confirmed in Fiery Crash on Whittier Blvd at Gregg Rd

Los Angeles, CA (December 27, 2024) – The Los Angeles County Fire Department, together with officers from the Los Angeles Police Department, responded to a deadly traffic collision early on Wednesday morning, December 25.

At around 3:25 a.m., authorities reported to the intersection of Whittier Boulevard and Gregg Road. The LACFD extinguished a fully engulfed vehicle shortly thereafter, and one person was found dead inside.

It's unknown if anybody else was injured in the collision. According to the Pico Rivera Sheriff's Station, however, the investigation continues, and no further details were released.
