Los Angeles, CA (March 23, 2025) – A person was killed on March 20 in a two-vehicle crash on the Orange (57) Freeway in Placentia, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 4:05 a.m. on the northbound freeway at Orangethorpe Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash involved a white van and a white work truck, with at least one of the vehicles overturning onto its roof, the CHP said.
