Los Angeles, CA - Deadly Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-405 at Moraga Dr Under Inquiry

Los Angeles, CA (June 23, 2025) – All lanes of the southbound 405 Freeway in Brentwood were reopened after two people died in a multi-vehicle crash, including a Los Angeles Police Department sergeant, on Monday morning, June 23. The California Highway Patrol cancelled the Sig Alert around 12:18 p.m., reopening all southbound lanes at Moraga Drive after a long closure.
