Los Angeles, CA – Bicyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run Collision on Harvard Blvd near 11th St

Los Angeles, CA (September 27, 2025) – A bicyclist was killed on Thursday, September 25, in a hit-and-run crash on Harvard Boulevard near 11th Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m. when a dark green Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck was traveling southbound on Harvard Boulevard. Investigators reported that the truck struck a bicyclist who was riding in the same direction. The driver failed to stop and was last seen continuing southbound on Harvard Boulevard.

Emergency responders transported the victim, described as a man in his late 60s, to a nearby hospital. Despite medical efforts, he later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities have not released his identity pending notification of next of kin.
