Collisions involving large trucks and passenger vehicles often result in catastrophic consequences. The size and weight of box trucks increase the force of impact, leaving occupants and nearby drivers vulnerable to devastating injuries. Intersections, like Pepper Tree Lane and East Seventh Street, are especially prone to severe collisions due to turning movements, high traffic volume, and reduced visibility.

When a life is lost due to negligence on the road, families may pursue a wrongful death attorney in Long Beach to seek justice. Wrongful death claims can provide compensation for funeral costs, medical expenses, lost companionship, and the financial support that the deceased would have provided.
Determining liability in cases involving commercial vehicles, such as box trucks, can be complex.
