Lodi, CA - Fatal Two-Car Crash on I-5 near Turner Rd Under Inquiry

Lodi, CA (January 5, 2025) – A person is dead after a crash occurred on Interstate 5 in Lodi, officials said early on Sunday morning, January 5.

At around 2:00 a.m. Sunday, a crash involving two vehicles happened on I-5 near Turner Road. An 86-year-old person drove the first vehicle, and the second was driven by a 29-year-old person. Officials said the 29-year-old driver struck the rear of the first driver's vehicle, causing it to veer off the roadway and overturn in an embankment.
