Fresno, CA - Woman Identified in Fatal Crash on Grantland Ave

Fresno, CA (July 19, 2025) – A Clovis woman was killed Thursday in a two-vehicle collision in Fresno County. Guillermina Medina, 60, of Clovis, was involved in the crash at 5:45 p.m. at the intersection of Grantland and Olive Avenues.

The California Highway Patrol said an Acura TSX, driven by Medina, was traveling southbound on Grantland when her car was hit on the driver’s side by a Jeep. CHP said it was unknown if DUI was a factor in the crash. That said, the investigation remains ongoing at this time, and no further details have been released.
