    At Countrywide Trial Lawyers, personal injury and accident cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.  This means that you will not pay unless and until we win your case.

  • Will the information I share with you be confidential?

    Yes. Any information you share with us is protected by the attorney-client privilege and will remain confidential. 

  • Who brings a claim on behalf of children that are hurt?

    The parents of the child, though a court can appoint another guardian to protect the legal interest of the child.     We receive a percentage of the total recovery we obtain for you. 

  • Can my lawyer settle my case without my consent?

    No. Countrywide Trial Lawyers will never settle a case without client consent.  We make recommendations, but the decision to settle is our client’s decision. 

  • How long will my personal injury case take?

    We pride ourselves to be very fast at Countrywide Trial Lawyers.  Every case is different, but we try to get it done as efficiently and as fast as possible. 

  • Is it possible to sue the government? County? Or City?

    Yes.  You can bring a lawsuit against a government entity for negligence based on an accident involving injuries.  However, the claims process with government entities has special notice requirements, and the statute of limitations is complex.  If you have a claim against a government entity, we recommend you contact our office for a free consultation as soon as possible.
