Collierville, CA - Injury-Causing Collision Closes Hwy 99 at Collier Rd

Collierville, CA (April 14, 2025) – A car crash was reported Monday morning in Collierville, California Highway Patrol logs showed.

CHP was dispatched around 6:55 a.m. to southbound Highway 99 near the off-ramp for Collier Road. It was unclear what caused the crash. A car and a street sweeper collided, and possible injuries were reported. The extent of the injuries has not been confirmed, however. Both vehicles remained at the site while officials worked to clear the roadway and investigate the cause.
