City of Industry, CA (November 3, 2025) – A bicyclist sustained injuries on Sunday, November 2, after being struck by a truck at the intersection of South Azusa Avenue and Main Street in the City of Industry. According to initial dispatch reports, emergency units were requested for an emergency response following a collision involving a white standby truck and a bicyclist.
Authorities received the call shortly before 9:00 a.m., prompting multiple Industry Sheriff’s Station units and fire crews to respond to the scene. Upon arrival, first responders located the injured bicyclist on the roadway and provided immediate medical care. Paramedics later transported the individual to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. The extent of the injuries sustained has not yet been confirmed.
Traffic in the area was temporarily impacted as law enforcement officers redirected vehicles away from the intersection to facilitate emergency operations and ensure public safety. The truck involved remained at the scene as investigators conducted their preliminary assessment of the incident.
At this time, officials have not released further details about the cause of the crash. Investigators are reviewing all available evidence, including witness statements and possible surveillance footage from nearby businesses, to determine whether speed, driver inattention, or failure to yield played a role.
We extend our sincere wishes for a full and speedy recovery to the injured bicyclist.
