Calwa, CA - Motorcyclist Hospitalized Following Collision on Jensen Ave

Calwa, CA (August 6, 2025) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized following a crash that the California Highway Patrol said was a near-deadly incident in Calwa on Tuesday afternoon.

The crash happened in the area of Jensen Avenue and Pullman Street, just before 5:00 p.m. CHP reports a motorcyclist was riding westbound on Jensen Avenue when a person driving a Toyota, heading eastbound, made a left turn at Pullman Street, directly in front of the motorcyclist.

As a result of the collision, the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital. CHP says he was wearing a helmet and protective gear. No additional details about the incident or potential causes of the crash have been released, but an investigation is ongoing.
