Baker, CA (March 17, 2025) – Three people killed in a wrong-way crash on Sunday, March 16, in San Joaquin County have been identified.
Angela Maldonado, 25, of Lockeford; Skyy Richardson, 21, of Stockton; and Simon Onesavanh, 37, of Stockton, died after the crash around 3:40 p.m. along Highway 12 just east of Clements Road, according to the San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office.
A Ford Fiesta traveling east on Highway 12 spun into westbound lanes after the driver lost control for unknown reasons, the California Highway Patrol said. A Toyota Tacoma then reportedly broadsided the car. The crash killed three people in the Ford, including the driver and two other Ford passengers suffered major injuries, the CHP said. However, the circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
