The crash occurred on Alta Arden Expressway near Wright Street when a Honda driver failed to stop, crashing into a Toyota driven by a man in his 30s, according to CHP. The Toyota overturned after the collision.
CHP said the driver of the Honda left the scene. The vehicle also had two female passengers in their 20s, and they were taken to the hospital with major injuries. However, authorities have requested witnesses to come forward with any pertinent information as they investigate the cause of the collision.
Our thoughts are with all those injured in this accident. We hope for a fast and complete recovery for all parties.
Traffic collisions frequently occur on California's busy streets, from minor fender benders to serious multi-vehicle crashes on major highways. For those affected, these accidents may cause serious injuries, psychological distress, and substantial financial hardships. You must be aware of your legal options to get coverage for your damages.
California's fault-based regulations make careless or irresponsible drivers liable for any harm they cause in an accident. In addition to medical costs, victims may seek damages for lost income, pain and suffering, and property damage. Even if their share of responsibility will lower their recovery, the state's comparative negligence law permits injured parties to obtain compensation even if they bear some of the fault.
Following an accident, it's critical to act quickly. Your claim might be strengthened by taking pictures of the area, getting a police record, and getting medical help right away. Taking immediate action is essential to defending your rights since California law mandates that personal injury lawsuits be submitted within two years of the accident.
Complex elements, such as several automobiles, difficult-to-determine flaws, and serious injuries, are frequently involved in collisions on busy crossroads and high-speed highways. An experienced lawyer can support your case by looking into the accident, negotiating with insurance companies, and fighting for the most money possible.
