Los Angeles, CA – Pedestrian Suffers Serious Injuries After Being Struck by Vehicle at Gage Ave & Vermont Ave

Los Angeles, CA (November 12, 2025) – Authorities responded Monday night, November 8, to a vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision near the intersection of Gage Avenue and Vermont Avenue in the Vermont-Knolls neighborhood of Los Angeles.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 8:24 p.m. following reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle just west of the Harbor (110) Freeway. Upon arrival, responding officers and Los Angeles Fire Department personnel located the injured pedestrian and provided immediate medical attention at the scene.

Emergency responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital, where they were admitted in serious condition for further treatment. The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Authorities temporarily restricted traffic in the area as they conducted an initial assessment of the incident.
