Perris, CA (August 21, 2025) – Three people were hospitalized on Thursday morning after a collision involving four vehicles occurred on Interstate 215, authorities said.

Firefighters were responding at 8:10 a.m. to an onramp just north of Nuevo Road, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department. Paramedics took three people — two moderately injured and one in minor condition — to a local hospital.
